Shanghai Unison Aluminum expands Bulgarian manufacturing plant

On September 9, ZS Europe, the Bulgarian subsidiary of Shanghai Unison Aluminum Products Co., Ltd., held an inauguration ceremony for the expansion of its plant in Bulgaria's Thrace Economic Zone (TIZ).
The project was developed in phases and covers a total site area of approximately 35,000 square meters. Phase one, comprising about 12,000 square meters of production space, has been completed and is now in operation. The latest expansion adds approximately 10,000 square meters of production space, further strengthening the company's production capacity and market service capabilities in Bulgaria. To date, cumulative investment in the project has exceeded EUR17.5 million.
Shanghai Unison Aluminum primarily produces aluminum components for automotive body, chassis and new energy vehicle applications.
