XFH Technology to expand anode material capacity

Shanghai XFH Technology Co., Ltd. plans a private placement of up to 35.7431 million shares to no more than 35 designated investors, aiming to raise no more than RMB600 million (USD89.44 million). After deducting offering expenses, the proceeds will be invested in a project with an annual capacity of 93,000 tonnes of new energy battery anode materials.
Once fully ramped up, the project will add integrated production capacities of 80,000tpy for artificial graphite anode materials, 10,000tpy for silicon-carbon composite anode materials, 2,700tpy for hard carbon anode materials, and 300tpy for porous carbon materials.
