Thailand's Department of Foreign Trade has initiated a new exporter review concerning aluminium extrusions originating in China. The move follows an application submitted by Chinese producer Guangdong Shengyu Xingda Aluminum Profile Co., Ltd.
As part of the review, authorities have set a provisional anti-dumping cash deposit rate of 21.94% on a cost, insurance, and freight (CIF) basis for the company. This rate will remain in effect for up to one year or until the review proceeding is concluded.
Thailand had previously imposed definitive anti-dumping duties ranging from 5.12% to 21.94% on Chinese aluminium extrusions for a five-year period, following an affirmative final determination in November 2025.
The products subject to the review fall under HS codes 7604.10.10.000, 7604.10.90.000, 7604.21.90.000, 7604.29.10.000, 7604.29.90.001, 7604.29.90.090, 7610.10.10.000, and 7610.10.90.000.
