Jianlong Group breaks ground on vanadium-titanium seamless steel tube industrial park

A signing and groundbreaking ceremony was held in Xinglong County, Chengde, for the Jianlong Group's vanadium titanium high-tech seamless steel tube and deep processing industrial park project.
The project, located in Ping'anbao Town, Xinglong County, involves a total investment of RMB3 billion (USD446.65 million) and covers 494.69 mu (about 33 hectares). With a construction period of 15 months, it will feature a continuous rolling seamless steel tube production line with the world's second largest diameter (φ533mm), designed to produce 800,000 tonnes of large diameter vanadium titanium high tech seamless steel tubes annually.
Once fully operational, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of RMB4.5 billion (USD669.98 million), with profits of RMB400 million (USD59.55 million), and will create 470 new jobs.
