Jiangsu Shagang Group Co., Ltd. officially changed its corporate name to Shagang Holding Group Co., Ltd., effective September 1, 2026.
The renaming is a purely nominal change and does not affect the company's registered address, registered capital, legal representative, or shareholding structure. All existing debts, liabilities, and creditor's rights remain unchanged. All contracts and agreements previously executed under the former name continue to remain in full force and effect, and all related rights and obligations are hereby assumed by the renamed entity.
