Recently, Guangxi Jinde Company trial-produced and brought to market its large-diameter aluminum alloy bars in Φ670 and Φ584 specifications, along with special high-end 7075 aluminum alloy bars.
The newly launched Φ670 and Φ584 (6061T) large-diameter bars feature scientifically precise formulations, with dense and uniform matrix structures. They deliver well-balanced performance in strength, corrosion resistance, and machinability, making them ideally suited for a variety of downstream processing techniques, including turning, milling, welding, and anodizing. The oversized cross-sections effectively overcome the common challenges of uneven material properties and inconsistent performance found in traditional large-dimension aluminum products, significantly reducing the likelihood of deformation during subsequent processing while providing enhanced material stability for end-users.
