Guangdong Jingyi signs framework agreements for copper cathode procurement

On August 31, Guangdong Jingyi Metal Co., Ltd. announced that it, together with its consolidated subsidiaries (including subsidiaries and grand-subsidiaries), has entered into separate framework purchase and sales agreements for copper cathode with two suppliers – Foshan Nanhai Minyixing Trading Co., Ltd. and Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Shanghai International Trade Co., Ltd. Both agreements are effective from January 1 to December 31, 2026.
During the period from January 1 to August 30, 2026, the company and its subsidiaries accumulated routine procurement purchases (excluding VAT) from Minyixing totaling RMB1.197 billion (USD178.10 million), representing more than 50% of the company's audited total assets for fiscal year 2025. Purchases from Tongling Nonferrous during the same period amounted to RMB989 million (USD147.16 million), which approaches 50% of the same asset base.
