Tianzhu Iron and Steel puts 750mm hot rolled strip line into operation

Hebei Tianzhu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. recently put into operation its new 750mm hot rolled strip steel production line. The facility integrates advanced process technologies, state of the art equipment, and intelligent control systems, featuring a full continuous rolling layout, hydraulic AGC/AWC automatic control, and controlled rolling and controlled cooling technologies. The line is designed to balance technical sophistication with operational economy.
With a designed capacity of 2,000,000tpy, the line is capable of producing a wide range of steel grades, including Q195, Q235, Q355, and manganese series steels. Finished products range from 1.5 to 8.0mm in thickness and 350 to 520mm in width, with a maximum coil weight of 8 tonnes and a top rolling speed of 18 m/s.
