Decai Cold-Rolled Sheet puts galvanizing line upgrade project into operation

On August 26, the commissioning ceremony was held for the upgraded galvanizing line at Tianjin Decai Cold-Rolled Sheet Co., Ltd.
Following the upgrade, the line achieved a significant leap in overall performance. It can now stably produce high-quality appliance-grade sheets in the DX51D and DX52D series, with key indicators--including yield strength, stamping formability, zinc coating adhesion, and surface finish--fully meeting home appliance industry standards. In addition, the line is now capable of producing thicker gauge products in GI and ZAM grades (up to 2.0 mm), with improved running speed and surface quality for heavy gauge coils, substantially broadening the product portfolio.
