Sichuan Tongbo's 20ktpy lithium battery copper foil project goes into production

On August 12, a commissioning ceremony was held for the phase I 20,000tpy high-performance lithium battery copper foil project of Sichuan Tongbo Technology Co., Ltd.
The project, with a total floor area of 58,575.46 square meters, focuses on ultra-thin, high-performance copper foil products for lithium batteries.
Sichuan Tongbo is a majority owned subsidiary of Jiangxi Tongbo, which already operates two major production bases – Tongbo No.1 plant and Shengeng No.2 plant – in Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province, with a combined designed capacity of 70,000tpy. With the full ramp-up of the new project, Jiangxi Tongbo Technology's total capacity will reach approximately 100,000tpy.
