Jiangnan New Materials to raise funds to boost copper based new material projects

Jiangnan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. announced on August 4 that it plans to raise up to RMB1.6 billion (USD237.13 million) through a non public share offering, with the proceeds earmarked for two key expansion projects.
The first project, a high purity electronic grade copper oxide powder facility, involves a total investment of RMB750 million (USD11.16 million), of which RMB745 million (USD110.42 million) will come from the offering. Upon completion, it will add 60,000tpy of capacity and is projected to generate annual revenue of RMB4.8 billion (USD711.40 million).
The second project covers liquid cooling thermal management modules and accessories, with a total investment of RMB909 million (USD134.72 million) and RMB855 million (USD126.72 million) to be funded by the offering. Once operational, it is expected to contribute RMB3.2 billion (USD474.27 million) in annual revenue.
