Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited, a global leader in aluminium production, announced record financial results on August 2 for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, marking a strong start to its journey as an independent publicly traded company following its recent demerger.
On the operational front, aluminium output reached an all-time high of 632 kilotonnes (KT), while production of value-added products also hit a record 389 KT. Alumina production surged 41% year-over-year to 826 KT, driven by expanded refining capacity and improved asset utilization.
