American Tungsten & Antimony to acquire Nevada refinery and Arizona mine

On July 28, American Tungsten & Antimony Limited announced that it has entered into a Share and Purchase Agreement to acquire the Del Sol Refinery in Nevada and the White Spar Antimony Mine in Arizona. The transaction will be settled through a combination of cash and equity.
The Del Sol Refinery is a fully constructed and permitted antimony processing facility. The White Spar Mine is expected to supply initial feedstock to the refinery, alongside the company's Antimony Canyon project, supporting the domestic production of antimony metal flake and military-grade antimony products within the United States.
The acquisition includes the Del Sol hydrometallurgical refinery, which specializes in antimony flake production and holds a permit to process up to 18,500 tons of feed material annually.
In addition to its current capabilities, the refinery offers significant expansion potential, including the future production of ammonium paratungstate (APT) and higher-value antimony derivatives such as Regulus II antimony metal, antimony trisulphide, and sodium antimonate.
As part of the proposed deal, the company will also acquire full ownership of the White Spar Antimony Mine, which currently serves as a key feedstock source for the Del Sol Refinery.
