On July 27, the Department of Natural Resources of Guizhou Province published a public notice regarding the transfer and change of mining rights for the Changxingpo manganese mine in Tongren. The notice period runs from July 27 to August 7.
The mine is located in Tongren City, Guizhou Province. Its mining right is valid from September 2016 to September 2026, covering an area of 0.8248 square kilometers. The transferor is the No. 103 Geological Brigade of the Guizhou Bureau of Geology and Mineral Exploration and Development, and the transferee is Tongren Changxingpo Manganese Industry Co., Ltd. The transfer agreement was signed on April 10, 2026.
