Orient Zirconic held a groundbreaking ceremony on July 22 for its zirconium based new materials R&D center and pilot base project in Dongli Town, Chenghai District, Shantou City.
The project represents a total investment of approximately RMB150 million (USD22.16 million) and will have a gross floor area of about 21,000 square meters. It will feature an R&D building, science and technology talent apartments, and supporting civil defense facilities, creating a full chain innovation platform that integrates basic research, technological breakthroughs, pilot scale verification, commercialization of results, and talent aggregation.
