The Luzhou Ecology and Environment Bureau recently published a public notice on July 22 regarding its proposed approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the 300,000tpy integrated lithium battery anode material project. The public comment period runs from July 22 to July 28, 2026.
The project, developed by Sichuan Zhongke Xingcheng Graphite Co., Ltd., entails the construction of an integrated production line and supporting facilities with a capacity of 300,000tpy of lithium battery anode materials. The facilities will include nine workshops, one office building, and two dormitory buildings.
