The U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC) has issued its final determination in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain alloy and carbon steel threaded rods from China. The review found that Chinese exporters sold subject merchandise below normal value during the period from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025.
Eligible respondents received a weighted-average dumping margin of 0.74%. Companies that qualified for this separate rate include Ningbo Dongxin High-Strength Nut Co., Zhejiang Junyue Standard Part Co., and the Jinding Single Entity. As no party requested a review for the China-wide entity, its dumping margin remains unchanged at 48.91%.
