On July 18, the baking furnaces of the 600,000tpy carbon-based new materials project, operated by Guangxi Guangtou Qiangqiang Carbon New Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangxi Investment Group, was ignited, marking the official commencement of the trial production phase.
As the critical link in prebaked anode manufacturing, the baking process is responsible for the high-temperature coking and bonding of carbon blocks. The project is equipped with two 60-chamber baking furnaces, multi-functional overhead cranes, carbon block cleaning robots, and other key equipment for this production stage.
