Zhejiang Jinlei's 20-high rolling mill commissioned

On July 21, the 1,400mm 20-high reversible cold rolling mill--independently designed, manufactured, and supplied as a complete set by MCC-SFRE--was commissioned at Zhejiang Jinlei Refractories Co., Ltd., producing its first batch of qualified coils and officially entering the trial production phase.
MCC-SFRE has customized two 20-high rolling mill units for Zhejiang Jinlei. The 1# unit has now been commissioned, while the 2# unit is currently in the equipment installation phase and progressing in an orderly manner. Each unit is designed with a production capacity of 80,000tpy and is primarily optimized for rolling high-magnetic-induction grain-oriented silicon steel.
The 20-high rolling mill is one of flagship proprietary products of MCC-SFRE, and has been widely applied in the rolling of special metal materials such as stainless steel, alloy steel, and high-end silicon steel.
