Zhongying Holding and Dehou Machinery to build titanium alloy base

Zhongying Investment Holding (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. and Tangshan Dehou Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. have officially signed a cooperation agreement to establish a titanium alloy industrial base.
The project occupies 200 mu (approximately 33 acres) of planned land with a total investment of RMB2 billion (USD296 million). The campus will feature a total floor area of 100,000 square meters, encompassing production workshops, an R&D center, office and warehousing facilities, a product exhibition area, and employee living quarters. The base will be equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including hot isostatic pressing equipment and high-precision CNC machine tools, and will establish specialized production lines for titanium and magnesium alloys.
With a primary focus on high-end titanium alloy products for the aerospace and defense industries, the base is projected to generate cumulative sales revenue exceeding RMB5.47 billion (USD808.38 million) over the five years following full operation. It is expected to contribute RMB2.41 billion (USD 356.16 million) in tax revenue and accumulate RMB1.95 billion (USD 288.18 million) in export earnings.
