Bohua Metal's 600ktpy hot-dip galvanized steel pipe project goes into operation

On July 15, Lengshuijiang Bohua Metal Products Co., Ltd. officially put its 600,000tpy hot-dip galvanized steel pipe project into operation.
The venture traces back to October 2025, when Lengshuijiang Iron & Steel Group (Lenggang) and Foshan Huayang Metal Products Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement to jointly establish Bohua Metal. The new entity leverages Lenggang's high-quality medium-wide strip feedstock advantages alongside Huayang's expertise in pipe processing and established market channels, creating a synergistic upstream-downstream industrial chain that benefits both partners.
Phase I of the project has already commenced production with two production lines for black square pipes and black round pipes. The company will accelerate phase II construction, which will focus on galvanized pipe coating lines to produce galvanized square and round tubes. Upon reaching full capacity, the facility is set to become the largest full-process steel pipe production base in Hunan Province.
