The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has issued the final results of its sunset reviews concerning the antidumping duty (AD) orders on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe (commonly referred to as seamless pipe) from the Czech Republic, the Republic of Korea, the Russian Federation, and Ukraine.
Following its reviews, the DOC determined that the revocation of these orders would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of dumping practices. Consequently, the agency has elected to maintain the AD orders in full force.
The resulting weighted-average dumping margins are as follows: up to 51.70% for the Czech Republic, 4.48% for the Republic of Korea, 209.72% for the Russian Federation, and 23.75% for Ukraine.
