Jinfei Kaida plans fundraising to build aluminum alloy forged wheel production line

Jinfei Kaida recently approved a private placement plan under simplified procedures for fiscal year 2026, aiming to raise up to RMB295 million (USD43.48 million) to fund a forged aluminum alloy automotive wheel smart manufacturing project and repay bank loans.
Of the total proposed fund, RMB265 million (USD39.06 million) will be allocated to the "Forged Aluminum Alloy Automotive Wheel Production Line Smart Manufacturing Project with An Annual Production Capacity of 600,000 Pieces," to be implemented by its subsidiary, Zhejiang Jintai Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The project has a construction period of two years and a total investment of approximately RMB298 million (USD43.93 million). The remaining RMB30 million (USD4.42 million) will be used to repay bank loans.
