The mining site is located in Xiaoyi City, within Lüliang Prefecture. The mining right holder is Shanghai Ruiyelian Industrial Co., Ltd., and the approved extraction targets include bauxite along with associated minerals--hard clay, Shanxi-type iron ore, and gallium.
