The Turkish Ministry of Commerce has initiated a sunset review of anti-dumping measures on imports of stainless steel pipes and hollow sections originating from Vietnam, according to a notice published in the country's Official Gazette.
The review was launched in response to an application filed by domestic producers and aims to assess whether the expiration of the existing anti-dumping duties would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of dumping practices.
Current anti-dumping duties on the subject products imported from Vietnam range from 19.64% to 25% of the CIF value, depending on the exporting company.
The products covered by the review fall under the following tariff codes: 7306.40.20.90.00, 7306.40.80.90.00, and 7306.61.10.00.00.
