Hanji Hardware's copper and zinc alloy project receives environmental assessment approval

On June 30, the Heshan Branch of the Jiangmen Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau issued an official approval for the environmental impact assessment of Jiangmen Hanji Hardware Technology Co., Ltd.'s project to produce 3,000t of copper alloy, 2,000t of zinc alloy, and 5 million hardware accessories annually. The public notice period for the approval will remain open for sixty full days from the date of issuance.
The project is located at No. 25 Jiaoyu Road, Zhishan Town, Heshan City, Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, occupying a site area of 11,696.5 square meters with a total floor area of 5,913.2 square meters. Key production processes include raw material feeding, melting, manual mold casting (to produce aluminum brass ingots), fully automatic ingot casting (for zinc alloy ingots), die casting (for zinc alloy components), gravity casting (for copper components), demolding (using graphite and tap water), insulated continuous casting, cooling, cutting, drawing, straightening, sand cleaning, gate removal, machining, shot blasting, polishing, sand mixing, and core making. The project does not use lead ingots, lead bars, or any other lead-based materials as raw inputs.
