Baoji Yesheng Titanium's Ti-Hf-Nb-Ta metal materials project enters EIA disclosure phase

Baoji Yesheng Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. has entered the public notice phase for its environmental impact assessment regarding a new production line for advanced manufacturing processes of high-performance titanium, hafnium, niobium, and tantalum metal materials.
Located in Standardized Factory No. 18, Titanium and New Materials Industrial Park (Qing'anbao Park), at No. 55 Qingshui Road, Baoji High-tech Zone, the project is classified as a new-build facility. The company will lease a pre-built standardized factory covering an area of 6,336 square meters, where it will set up ingot melting and titanium product machining lines, along with office areas. Key equipment includes vacuum consumable arc furnaces, vacuum electron beam melting furnaces, mixing and batching machines, press machines, and titanium product machining tools.
Once operational, the facility will produce 4,000 tons per year of elemental and alloy ingot and 158.3 tons per year of machined titanium components. The total project investment is RMB36 million (USD5.33 million), with RMB452,000 (USD66,891) allocated to environmental protection measures.
