Australia finalizes anti-circumvention ruling on hollow structural sections

Australia's Anti-Dumping Commission has released Notice No. 2026/064, finalizing its anti-circumvention investigation into hollow structural sections originating from China, South Korea, Malaysia, and Taiwan.

The investigation found that exporters circumvented existing anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) by making minor modifications to the steel products-specifically, by drilling, punching, or piercing holes.
