Groundbreaking ceremony held for Qinghai Qiaotou's green aluminum project

On June 10, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for a 500,000tpa green aluminum capacity replacement and upgrade project at Qinghai Qiaotou Aluminum & Power, a subsidiary of Qinghai Province Investment Group Co., Ltd.
Located in the Beichuan Industrial Park in the Hui and Tu Autonomous County of Datong, Xining City, Qinghai Province, the project has a total floor area of 255,693.44 square meters. Its main scope includes raw material storage and transport, anode assembly production zones, electrolytic flue gas purification systems, casting systems, GIS power rectifier systems, as well as other auxiliary systems, a comprehensive office building, and living and welfare facilities. The structure will adopt a reinforced concrete bent frame.
