Mexico maintains anti-dumping duties on stainless steel sinks from China

Mexico's Ministry of Economy (SE) has announced the final ruling of its second anti-dumping (AD) sunset review concerning stainless steel sinks imported from China.
On June 8, 2026, the authority decided to extend the AD duties on these products, which have a unit weight of 8 kilograms or less. The affected goods fall under tariff code 7324.10.01 of the TIGIE.
Exporters will face specific duties over the next five years. Taizhou Luqiao Jixiang Kitchenware Co., Ltd. is subject to a rate of US$4.14 per net kilogram. All other Chinese producers and exporters will face a duty of US$5.40 per net kilogram.
The extended protection measure has been applied retroactively from May 9, 2025.
