EAEU extends anti-dumping duties on aluminum strips from China and Azerbaijan

The Department for Internal Market Defence of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has extended its anti-dumping duties on aluminum strips originating from China and Azerbaijan until May 24, 2031. The decree will take effect 30 days after its official publication.
The affected products fall under the following EAEU tariff codes: 7606 11 910 0, 7606 12 200 3, 7606 12 200 8, 7606 12 920 3, and 7606 12 920 8.
The original five-year duties, which took effect on October 24, 2020, imposed a rate of 13.14% on Chinese manufacturers. Following a sunset review initiated on June 30, 2025, the EEC authorities recommended maintaining the original measures. As a result, the 13.14% duty will continue for China, while Azerbaijan will face a rate of 16.18%.
