Australia finalizes anti-dumping duties on certain strata steel bolts from China

The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission has issued an affirmative final anti-dumping determination against certain strata steel bolts imported from China.
The duty rates are set at 15.1% for Anto Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. and 3.5% for Sandvik Jining Rocbolt Technologies China Co., Ltd. Huanghua Tanrimine Metal Support Co., Ltd. received a 0% rate, while all other Chinese exporters face a duty of 24.8%.
Domestic firms DSI Underground Australia Pty Limited and Jennmar Australia Pty Limited requested the original anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations in December 2024. The authority assessed dumping activities from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024, and evaluated domestic injury starting from October 1, 2020. This ruling finalizes the provisional security-based anti-dumping duties of 7.2% to 35.2% introduced during the preliminary phase in December 2025.
The affected products fall under HS codes 7304.51.00.30, 7308.40.00.05, 7318.15.00.56, 7318.15.00.65, 7318.24.00.22, 7318.19.00.03, and 7318.19.00.19.
