The first-phase 200,000tpa production line of Qiya Guizhou Group Co., Ltd.'s fine alumina project has officially gone into commission. The development marks Qiya Group's strategic extension from basic raw materials toward high value-added products and has built southern China's first large-scale fine alumina manufacturing base in Qiandongnan Prefecture.
Planned with a total annual capacity of 800,000 tons and scheduled for full completion by 2027, the project will fill regional supply gaps across major consumption hubs including the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and Hunan upon full operation. Its product portfolio covers over 460 types of refined alumina grades serving more than 2,000 downstream industries.
