Naipu Mining signs strategic cooperation deal with Zijin Mining

Naipu Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. announced it has entered into a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. The two parties will deepen collaboration across product procurement, overseas project coordination and R&D initiatives. The agreement is valid from May 14, 2026 to May 13, 2029.
Under the deal, Zijin Mining will give priority to Naipu Mining as its core supplier of mineral processing equipment and wear-resistant spare parts under equal conditions. Naipu Mining will deliver full-lifecycle services including mineral processing flow optimization, equipment technical renovation, installation, commissioning and operation & maintenance, helping Zijin Mining cut operational costs and boost equipment availability.
In addition, the two sides plan to build consignment stock for wear-resistant parts or regional service centers near Zijin Mining's key overseas mines to shorten delivery lead times.
