China KINGS Resources Group Co., Ltd. announced that competent mining and emergency management authorities will conduct rigorous round-by-round inspections and reviews on all underground mines across Zhejiang Province. To cooperate with the regulatory work, the company's underground mines in Zhejiang have either undergone official inspections, suspended production for internal checks or awaited follow-up reviews and acceptance.
Zhejiang Dajinzhuang Mining Industry Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the group, received a written notice from local emergency management authorities. The mine is required to rectify potential safety hazards before June 15, 2026, and must halt all production activities until the rectification passes acceptance.
Zhejiang Suichang Zhengzhong Fluorite Picking Co., Ltd. has completed the preliminary official review. It plans to submit a work resumption application soon and will restart operations upon approval.
Other Zhejiang-based mines, namely Zhejiang Changshan Jinshi Mining Co., Ltd., Longquan Fluorspar Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Lanxi Jinchang Mining Co., Ltd., have suspended operations to carry out self-examination and rectification as required. They are pending individual reviews, acceptance or further rectification instructions from emergency management authorities.
The company originally targeted an annual output of 400,000 to 450,000 tons of various fluorite products from its individual fluorite mines in 2026. The affected Zhejiang mines register a monthly output of around 30,000 tons. By contrast, the ore dressing and chemical integration project in Baotou maintains normal production of fluorite powder and anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, with its full-year production plan unchanged.
