Nam Kim Steel's flagship project, the Nam Kim Phu My Steel Sheet Factory, has been completed and is scheduled to begin operations at the end of the second quarter of 2026. Official product manufacturing is expected to commence in the early third quarter.
The VND 6,200 billion facility has a total annual capacity of 1.3 million tons across two phases, targeting high-value-added downstream industries such as automobiles, electric vehicle battery casings, and household appliances.
In light of global geopolitical instability affecting exports, the company plans to focus this high-quality output on the domestic market, aiming to replace imported goods by leveraging significant investment in local infrastructure projects.
