Yongjin Corporation to build precision metal materials project

Yongjin Corporation has announced plans to sign an investment agreement with the Administrative Committee of Lanxi High-tech Industrial Park to build an industrialization project for 100,000tpa of precision metal new materials (ultra-thin precision stainless steel and titanium strip). The total investment is RMB1.15 billion (USD169 million).
The project will be developed in two phases. Its main products include titanium alloys, metal composites and precision ultra-thin stainless steel. Phase I is designed to have an annual capacity of 60,000 tonnes, with a construction period of 24 months. Phase II will add 40,000 tonnes of capacity and is expected to take 12 months to complete.
