  • Sky Metals announces latest drilling results for Tallebung project

    2026-05-18 14:18:12   [Print]
Australia Sky Metals Limited has reported a fresh batch of wide, shallow high-grade tin-tungsten-silver intercepts from infill drilling at its Tallebung Project in central New South Wales, further bolstering the open-pit development thesis ahead of an upcoming Mineral Resource update.

The latest drilling, concentrated on the central resource area, delivered multiple broad near-surface intersections, including:

    TBRC395: 23m at 1.14% tin and 0.Asian Metal Copyright03% tungsten, with a 6m zone at 2.Asian Metal Copyright03% tungsten, with a 6m zone at 2.72% tin
    TBRC410: 17m at 0.79% tin, including 4m at 2.27% tin
    TBRC401: 14m at 0.51% tin, including 4m at 1.62% tin
    TBRC415: 13m at 0.48% tin and 67.1g/t silver, including 5m at 1.02% tin and 164g/t silver
    TBRC393: 7m at 0.33% tin, 0.Asian Metal Copyright62% tin TBRC415: 13m at 0.Asian Metal Copyright12% tungsten and 49.6g/t silver, with higher-grade sub-intervals

The results underscore the consistent nature of shallow mineralisation with attractive grades and thicknesses, pointing to the potential for early extraction of higher-grade material in the initial mining phase. Sky Metals noted that these zones form a core component of the planned early mine life profile and could materially improve project economics.
