Xingsheng New Energy to launch VRFB electrolyte project

Xingsheng New Energy Co., Ltd. has released the third public notice for the environmental impact assessment of its new energy all-vanadium redox flow battery electrolyte production project.
The facility will be located in the Huanggang Chemical Industry Park, within the Huangzhou Railway Station Economic Development Zone in Huanggang City, Hubei Province.
The project will cover a built-up area of approximately 46,667 square meters, including five Class C workshops, three Class C warehouses, and one office building.
Once operational, the plant will process 54,000 tonnes of vanadium-bearing solid waste annually, produce 50,000 cubic meters of vanadium electrolyte per year, and generate nickel carbonate as a by-product.
