Pakistan launches anti-dumping investigation on Chinese color-coated cold-rolled steel products

Pakistan's National Tariff Commission (NTC) has initiated an anti-dumping (AD) investigation into color-coated cold-rolled steel coils and sheets imported from China. The move follows a complaint filed by International Steels Limited on March 16, 2026.
The dumping investigation covers the period from January to December 2025, while the injury investigation examines data from January 2023 through December 2025.
The products under investigation fall under several HS codes, including 7210.7010, 7210.7020, 7210.7090, 7210.9010, 7210.9090, 7212.4010, 7212.4090, and 7225.9900.
According to the NTC, a preliminary ruling is expected within 60 to 180 days from the launch of the investigation. Interested parties are required to register within 10 days of the notice's publication and must submit their comments and supporting evidence within 45 days.
