Tianshan Aluminum delivers record output across core products

Tianshan Aluminum Group Co., Ltd. reported solid 2025 results, with operating revenue reaching RMB29.50 billion (USD4.27 billion), up 5.03% YoY, as production of primary aluminum, alumina, and aluminum foil all hit new highs during the year.
In 2025, the company's primary aluminum output rose to 1.19 million tonnes, up 0.84% YoY, while alumina production increased to 2.52 million tonnes, up 10.38% YoY. Anode carbon output reached 584,600 tonnes, up 6.5% YoY. In downstream operations, high-purity aluminum output totaled 22,300 tonnes, down 20.64% YoY, while aluminum foil and foil stock surged to 176,900 tonnes, marking a significant increase of 283.73%.
The company continues to advance its green, low-carbon strategy. Part of its 1.4 million tpa primary aluminum efficiency upgrade project has been commissioned, with additional electrolytic cells already energized. The remaining capacity is expected to come online in the first half of 2026, lifting total primary aluminum capacity to 1.4 million tonnes per year.
