Jiangxi Copper posts record revenue on solid production growth

Jiangxi Copper reported record operating revenue of RMB544.62 billion (USD78.8 billion) in 2025, up 5.42% year on year, according to its annual results.
The company produced 2.38 million tonnes of cathode copper during the year, up 3.86% YoY. Output of contained copper in self-produced concentrate rose sharply by 35.15% YoY to 269,900 tonnes, and that of copper fabricated products increased 1.07% YoY to 1.91 million tonnes, including 1.65 million tonnes of copper rod, edging down 2.22% YoY.
By-products also recorded steady gains, with molybdenum concentrate (45% grade equivalent) production rising 2.75% YoY to 8,699 tonnes and tellurium output increasing 18.53% YoY to 148.17 tonnes.
Looking ahead, Jiangxi Copper targets production of 200,000 tonnes of contained copper in concentrate, 2.39 million tonnes of cathode copper, and 2.07 million tonnes of copper fabricated products in 2026.
