Narada Power terminates sale of 100% stake in lead recycling subsidiary

Zhejiang Narada Power Source Co., Ltd. announced that it has decided to terminate the proposed transfer of a 100% equity stake in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Huabo Recycling Resources Technology Co., Ltd., following changes in market conditions and adjustments to its capital planning. The decision was made after amicable consultations among all parties.
Huabo Renewable Resources is one of China's major lead recycling companies, with the capacity to process around 1 million tonnes of used batteries and lead-containing waste annually, and a yearly production capacity of 590,000 tonnes of recycled lead.
