    Under the agreement, USTB will contribute research and talent resources to advance technology development and commercialization, while Xinzhou will enhance policy and service support to speed up the translation of research outcomes into industrial applications, underpinning the growth of a trillion-yuan-level new materials industry cluster and high-quality development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
