Jiangxi Copper signs copper and nickel trading agreement with Ordins Group

Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd. has signed a cooperation framework agreement with China Ordins Group Co., Ltd. covering the purchase and sale of nonferrous metals such as copper and nickel. The agreement is valid through December 31, 2028.
Under the deal, Ordins Group will supply Jiangxi Copper with overseas cathode copper and copper cathode from Guangdong province, blister copper, and overseas nickel cathode, while Jiangxi Copper will, in turn, provide domestically produced cathode copper (excluding Guangdong Province), copper rod, aluminum ingot, domestically produced nickel cathode, zinc ingot and tin ingot, as well as precious metals, platinum group metals, and minor metals including rhenium and molybdenum.
The partnership is expected to broaden Jiangxi Copper's business channels and strengthen the coordinated integration of domestic and overseas resources across the nonferrous metals value chain.
