Wanshun expands into Europe's aluminum foil and sheet market

Jiangsu Zhongji Lamination Materials Co., (HK) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shantou Wanshun New Material Group Co., Ltd., plans to buy 100% stake in Eurofoil Luxembourg S.A. from Aluminium Investment Company Limited for EUR12.39 million (USD14.48 million) in cash. The two parties have signed a share purchase agreement that will take effect once certain conditions are met.
As a major player in China's aluminum processing industry, Wanshun New Material has long focused on aluminum foil and sheet business.
