China will continue to suspend the 24% additional tariff on imports from the United States for one year while retaining the 10% rate, effective from 1:01 p.m. on November 10, 2025, according to an announcement released by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council.
The move aims to implement the outcomes and consensus reached in the latest China-U.S. economic and trade talks, the commission said.
