MMG reports higher copper, zinc and lead output in Q3

MMG's latest quarterly report shows solid production growth across key metals in the third quarter of 2025.
Copper output reached 127,030 tonnes in the third quarter, up 11% year-on-year. This included 112,236 tonnes of copper in concentrate, up 10% YoY, and 14,794 tonnes of cathode copper, up 14% YoY . For the first three quarters, copper in concentrate totaled 345,470 tonnes, up 45% YoY, while cathode copper reached 40,219 tonnes, up 17% YoY.
Zinc production (in concentrate) recorded 58,747 tonnes in the third quarter, a 26% increase year-on-year, bringing the nine-month total to 166,678 tonnes, up 7% from a year earlier.
Lead production (in concentrate) was 9,825 tonnes, up 15% YoY, while the nine-month total stood at 26,978 tonnes, 11% lower than last year.
Molybdenum production (in concentrate) reached 684 tonnes in the third quarter, down 16% YoY, with total output for the first three quarters at 2,067 tonnes, down 17% YoY.
