Boqian secures multi-billion yuan nickel powder sales deal

Jiangsu Boqian New Materials Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Ningbo Guangxin Import & Export Co., Ltd. have signed a strategic cooperation agreement with a partner company (referred to as "Company X"). Under the agreement, from August 2025 to December 2029, Boqian and Guangxin are expected to supply 5,420-6,495 tonnes of nickel powder to Company X. Pricing will be determined through negotiation based on current market levels. Based on estimated volumes, current prices, and exchange rates, the contract value is projected at RMB4.3-5 billion (USD604-702 million).
