Yangquan Hi-Tech Zone signs 50ktpa aluminum profiles project

On September 18, a signing ceremony for an aluminum profiles production and processing project was held in Yangquan Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, designed to produce 50,000 tonnes of next-generation high-performance aluminum profiles.
The project, jointly invested by Xiamen Xiangyu New Energy Co., Ltd. and Jiangyin Xuchu Technology Co., Ltd., involves a total investment of about RMB350 million (USD49.11 million). It will be located in the zero-carbon zone of Quandong New Materials Industrial Park, covering about 80Mu (about 5.33 hectares).
The project will feature extrusion, anodizing, and automated production lines, supplying alloy bars, aluminum profiles, and processed products for use in solar frames, batteries, lightweight vehicles, and construction. Once completed, the project is expected to generate about RMB1 billion (USD140 million) in annual output.
